The tropical state of Orissa mesmerises the adventurous traveller;

temple at Konark acted as a beacon for sailors for nearly a millennium while
the great and architecturally astonishing temples of Bhubaneshwar and Puri
have drawn pilgrims in their millions from across India. Accommodations here

From time immemorial, the Indian subcontinent has caught the imagination of

This classical journey unravels some of the major influences that have
shaped this remarkable region. The journey begins in the mountain kingdom of
Nepal, discovering the delights of Kathmandu, moving forward to a three day
trek through picturesque locales and hill villages, with the Annapurna Range
as a dramatic backdrop. You then take a flight to visit the holy city of
Varanasi, on the banks of the sacred river Ganges, and then continue to
Orchha and the magnificent Chandela temples of Khajuraho - famed for
beautiful erotic carvings. Heading west, the journey encompasses all the
important sights, including the Taj Mahal - romance, immortalised in white
marble; the sandstone buildings at Fatehpur Sikri; and the 'Pink City' of
Jaipur, rounding off the tour in the historic capital of Delhi.
